Link Click is a Chinese (donghua) animated series called “Time Agents”. It is made by Li Haoling and produced by LAN Studio and Haoliners Animation League. The first season aired from April 30 to July 9, 2021 and had 12 episodes, including a special one called 5.5. Then, a second season came out from July 14 to September 22, 2023 and aired on Bilibili. Additionally, they released some short episodes with chibi style characters.
The show is about time travel and special powers. In the first season, we follow the story of the main characters, and in the second season, it seems that we focus on a character who goes back in time to save his friend. Link Click Season 2 Episode 12 Plot
In Link Click Season 2 Episode 12, the episode begins with Tian Chen remembering a visit to a new doctor with his mother, who had lost the ability to speak six months earlier. Tian Chen worries that the doctor might be a fraud. The scene then changes to a confrontation near the train tracks where Qian Jin’s henchman threatens him with a gun. He talks to Tian Chen about destiny which is made up of many possible paths.
Back at Time Photo Studio, Qiao Ling prepares a welcome home party for the boys. She wonders why memories of Tian Xi flooded her, including a scene showing Xiaoshi’s death. The boys return from the hospital and Captain Xiao announces a new department focused on paranormal criminal activities.
On the park bench, Min Liu’s brother encourages Tian Chen to join him, and Tian Chen puts down his phone, indicating that he will no longer need it. As Xiaoshi celebrates, Lu Guang ponders how to break the rule he always scolded Xiaoshi for and change the past to prevent Xiaoshi’s death.
