Will there be a third season of Julia?
As of now, Max has not officially renewed “Julia” for season 3 and season 2 is still ongoing. However, given the positive response from fans and critics, it is very likely that she will be renewed. Looking at previous production schedules, if season 3 is greenlit, it could be announced in late December 2023, similar to the season 2 renewal.
Assuming a pattern like before, pre-production could begin in January 2024 after the holidays, and filming could begin in spring 2024. Following the above production schedules, filming could conclude around fall 2024. If this schedule holds, Max could aim for a summer. o release in fall 2025 for “Julia Season 3.”

Julia
“Julia” is an American biographical drama television series, created by Daniel Goldfarb. The show, which will premiere on HBO Max on March 31, 2022, has two seasons with a total of 15 episodes. A tempting networking offer and an invitation to the White House generate excitement, while in Boston, Paul helps friends in need. The season weaves culinary, personal and professional challenges into Julia’s exciting journey.
