How not to summon a demon lord
The story follows Takuma Sakamoto, a gamer who is magically transported to the world of his favorite MMORPG, Cross Reverie. In this new world, he takes on the appearance of his game character, the powerful Demon Lord Diablo. Two girls, Rem and Shera, accidentally summon him to become his servant, but things go wrong due to Takuma’s magic ring, which reflects the spell on them. Now, Rem and Shera become Takuma’s servants and not the other way around.
Facing social anxiety, Takuma decides to act as his game character and uses his impressive game knowledge and statistics to navigate an unknown world. Together with Rem and Shera, he embarks on a journey to find a way to remove the magical necklaces that bind them. Along the way, they face personal problems and challenges that led the girls to summon Takuma in the first place.
