On a recent episode of “The Masked Singer,” the character known as Cuddle Monster was revealed to be NBA legend Metta World Peace. The unmasking surprised panelists, including Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Nicole Scherzinger and Ken Jeong.

Who is Metta World Peace?
Metta Sandiford-Artest, formerly known as Ron Artest, is a retired American professional basketball player with a 19-season career in the NBA. Born on November 13, 1979, he played college basketball for the St. John’s Red Storm before being drafted by the Chicago Bulls in 1999.
