The journey in “Pokémon Horizons: The Series” begins shortly after Ash’s emotional farewell to his mother and fans in the Kanto region. The story revolves around Liko, a resident of Paldea, who enrolls in Kanto’s Indigo Academy, a boarding school where she begins to forge new friendships.
Her family heirloom, an enigmatic pendant passed down from generation to generation, hints at a hidden power within her. Liko’s first encounter with a Pokémon occurs when she befriends the charming Sprigatito, a grass-type starter from Paldea.
Meanwhile, Roy, another Kanto resident, is ready to embark on his adventure with his partner, Fuecoco, a fire-type initiator also from Paldea. Roy has a distinctive item: a Pokéball with a captivating steampunk design. Fate intertwines his paths when he crosses paths with Friede, a Pokémon professor, and his faithful companion, Captain Pikachu. Together, they embark on an expedition to explore the vast and mysterious world of Pokémon.
In “Pokémon Horizons: The Series,” the narrative is anchored by two protagonists, Liko and Roy. Accompanied by their respective Pokémon companions, Sprigatito and Fuecoco, they will meet a wide variety of characters during their journey.
Among these characters are the Rising Volt Tacklers, led by Friede and Captain Pikachu. These intrepid adventurers navigate the Pokémon world aboard an airship and include Orla, a master of mechanical and electrical work associated with Metagross; Murdock, a culinary expert who is joined by Rockruff; Mollie, specialist in healing treatments accompanied by Chansey; and Ludlow.

What to expect in Pokémon Horizons The Series Season 1 Episode 24?
Following their encounter with the Explorers and Galarian Moltres in the Galar Mine, the returning Brave Asagi crew finds themselves bewildered by the presence of Terapagos. A moment of confusion appears on the face of Diana, Liko’s grandmother, as she stands in front of one of the old Poké Balls. The iconic ancient Galar Castle comes into view, accompanied by sightings of Chandelure, Golett, and Runerigus within its walls.
Terapagos is shown to be overjoyed, and the shadow of what appears to be an Arcanine leaping from the castle walls hints at the action to come. Other Pocket Monsters are glimpsed inside the castle before the preview concludes.
Although the preview for Episode 24 doesn’t reveal a lot of details about the story, it does raise questions about Terapagos and its lengthy transformation.
