Kevin Huerter is an American professional basketball player for the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Maryland Terrapins. Huerter was selected by the Atlanta Hawks in the first round (19th overall) of the 2018 NBA draft.
In his second season, Huerter improved his scoring average to 12.2 points per game. He also averaged 3.4 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. Huerter helped the Hawks reach the playoffs for the first time since 2017.
