Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 9 Ending Explained

In the latest episode of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, Gojo faces enemies new and old as he tries to protect the citizens at Shibuya Station. Things become chaotic because he is the only Jujutsu caster there. However, he quickly defeats everyone around him. But when a train full of transformed humans arrives, Gojo has to use his powerful domain expansion technique, but he only uses it for a split second to avoid harming normal people.

This puts everyone in a trance state, allowing Gojo to kill around a thousand transformed humans in a short time. However, after this, Gojo is caught off guard. He notices a box in front of him and, while trying to escape, encounters Geto Suguru, his childhood friend whom he had killed in a previous battle. Geto’s plan was to distract Gojo long enough for a special prison kingdom to capture him, which takes a minute.

As for who is using Geto Suguru’s body, it’s actually not Geto. The person in charge revealed that they are using an ancient technique that allows them to inhabit Geto’s body as long as the brain is intact. Because Gojo did not give Geto a proper burial, the person was able to take over his body and use Geto’s cursed techniques.

This new season will explore different parts of the story that fans have been curious about. Each episode lasts between 20 and 25 minutes.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 9 Plot

In a big fight, Gojo fights Jogo and Hanami up close, while Choso attacks from behind. He manages to defeat Hanami completely using his special power, but Jogo tries to escape while he keeps Gojo busy. Then, Mahito appears with a train full of people turned into monsters, causing chaos in the subway.

To protect innocent bystanders, Gojo uses a powerful protection technique called “Domain Expansion: Infinite Void”, but only for a very short time, 0.2 seconds. During this brief moment, he quickly eliminates a thousand transformed humans, but it exhausts him greatly. Just when he is about to escape, a special prison traps him.

Surprisingly, Geto appears and Gojo recognizes him, even though he thought Geto was dead. However, it turns out that the person in Geto’s body is not really Geto. He is revealed to be an ancient sorcerer who stole Geto’s body to use Geto’s powerful cursed techniques for his own plans. Meanwhile, Yuji receives an unusual earpiece that alerts him to Gojo’s situation.
