Spy x Family is an anime television series based on the manga of the same name by Tatsuya Endo. Produced by Wit Studio and CloverWorks, the show follows master spy Twilight, who assumes the identity of a psychiatrist named Loid Forger to investigate political leader Donovan Desmond. To keep his cover up, Twilight must create a fake family. However, his wife, Yor, is an assassin known as Princess Thorn, and his daughter, Anya, possesses telepathic abilities.
The first season consists of 25 episodes divided into two parts, the first 12 episodes will air from April to June 2022 and the remaining 13 episodes from October to December 2022. A second season and a theatrical film were announced in December 2022, Starring Ichirō Ōkouchi. as the new screenwriter, while the original staff and cast reprise his roles.
