Satoru Gojo, with his formidable Unlimited Purple technique, managed to disintegrate Mahoraga’s wheel during a fierce battle. This act implies the permanent end of the shikigami’s presence and abilities. The disintegration of Mahoraga’s wheel seems final, leaving little room for doubt about his fate.
Comparisons to previous cases where the shikigami were destroyed, such as the case of the Great Serpent and the Divine Dog during the Shibuya arc, indicate a pattern of finality once these entities are defeated. Despite Sukuna’s ability to revive Mahoraga in the past, it appears that the circumstances of his defeat at the hands of Gojo mark a definitive conclusion to his role in the series.
