Arthdal Chronicles Episode 2 Season 2 Ending Explained
At the end of Arthdal Chronicles Season 2 Episode 2, there is a dramatic reunion between long-lost twin siblings, Eunseom and Saya. Mubaek, who knows his true identities, arranges for them to meet in a secluded place without their armor or swords.
However, Saya has sinister intentions and secretly orders one of her subordinates to kill Eunseom during the argument. Chaeeun observes this dark plan and begins to follow them. Along the way, she meets two Neanthals and they all head towards the meeting place.
When Eunseom and Saya finally meet, they recognize each other as the individuals they have seen in their dreams for a long time. Eunseom invites Saya to join Ago Union and work together, aware of Saya’s ambitions related to Tagon.
Before Eunseom can reveal Saya’s true name, a Shahiti arrives with orders to kill Saya. A fierce fight ensues, and despite Eunseom fatally wounding the Shahiti, the boy attempts to burn down the cabin with both brothers inside. Just in time, Mubaek arrives to rescue Saya, and Eunseom is saved as well.
Tragically, Mubaek does not survive his injuries and Arthdal soldiers finally arrive at the scene, mistaking the unconscious Eunseom for Saya. This unexpected twist sets the stage for more conflicts and revelations in the Arthdal Chronicles story.
Arthdal Chronicles Season 2 Episode 2 Recap
In Arthdal Chronicles Season 2 Episode 2, the episode begins with a battle between two rival armies led by Eunseom and Saya. Initially, Saya feels confident that he will not need the help of his skilled warrior, Mubaek.
However, things take a surprising turn when Arthdal’s cavalry runs into difficulties due to hidden knots in the grass, causing their horses to stumble and the soldiers to fall. Ago’s soldiers quickly gain the upper hand and even his cavalry joins the fight, launching arrows into Arthdal’s army.
In a desperate move, Saya sends Mubaek into battle and he turns the tide in her favor. Eunseom tries to defeat Saya, but Kanmoreu helps him. In the end, the Ago Union wins the battle, causing heavy losses to Arthdal’s army.
Meanwhile, political debates take place in Arthdal. Tagon, a powerful figure, is presented with the issue of the Great Temple offering food to slaves three times a day, which displeases the slave owners.
Tagon also becomes disturbed when he sees his ministers wearing temple bangles. Saya, still angry over her defeat, discovers that Eunseom is the Inaishingi, an important figure. Despite Mubaek’s plea to keep her promise, Saya’s anger towards Eunseom intensifies.
The episode also addresses the secrets of iron technology, family dynamics, and power struggles in the world of Arthdal Chronicles.

Arthdal Chronicles Season 2 Episode 2 Review
Arthdal Chronicles Season 2 Episode 2 titled “The Sword of Aramoon” is quite exciting. It’s been eight years since the last season and we get to see how much the characters have grown and changed. One of the most surprising changes occurs in the Wahan tribe. Even someone like Yeolsom, who used to be naive, now shows a strong desire for power.
Tanya, on the other hand, demonstrates her new power to Tagon in her own unique way. And Eunseom makes sure Saya understands the threat she poses. There is also a sense of tension between Tagon and Tanya. It seems that Tagon is afraid of her or angry with her because of some bracelets.
There’s a lot going on in Arthdal right now and it’s getting more complicated with each episode. However, it’s unfortunate that we don’t see much of Mubaek anymore, and that’s pretty sad.
